Only a few times have I actually set out to take a formal portrait; that’s odd considering most work that I’ve produced over the life of my photographic portfolio consists primarily of images of persons. But I suppose I never thought much of capturing who and what a person really is—I’ve always focused on using people to express a concept or narrative.
I want to start shooting more portraits soon, so I’ll have to seek out some willing participants.
But I do have occasional overflow from other projects…here are portraits of Heather and Rob Cramer from their wedding.
